96 Hour Heat Pack – helps prevent bottles and other liquids from freezing for 96 hours (4 days), which can break the bottles and cause liquids to leak. We activate the heat packs just before the courier picks up (it is non-reusable) so that it is active in transit.
This helps with, but doesn’t prevent breakage from:
- Shipping times longer than 96 hours (4 days)
- Packages lost or delayed in the courier’s hands
- Delays in picking up a package that has been delivered (eg. at the post office, community mailbox, or dropped at the door at your request)
- Severe cold temperatures, below 10 degrees Celsius, including night time
- We recommend 1 heat pack per 12 bottles (eg. 13 bottles = 2 heat packs)
Keep in mind that freezing temperatures may be present anywhere between our Windsor, Ontario facility and your shipping address. All shipments are sent regular parcel, which are delivered on trucks between distribution facilities.
Shipping prices for heated delivery trucks start at around $200 per shipment and are not a real option for non-wholesale orders.
***Please note – orders containing shipping warmers only will be cancelled and refunded. These have been difficult to source and we need to be able to service our customers for the winter season.

We have a range of shipping options due to our long-term partnership with UPS FedEx DHL. Our warehouse staff are highly educated and will package the goods according to our precise and exact specifications. Prior to shipping, your goods will be thoroughly inspected and secured. Everyday, we send to thousands of clients in different countries. This is a sign of our commitment to be the largest online retailer globally. The warehouses are located situated in Europe just as they are in USA.
Note: Orders with more than one item will be assigned a separate processing period for each item.
Before shipment, all ordered items will be thoroughly inspected. The majority of orders will be delivered within 48 hours. The expected delivery time will be between 3-7 days.
Returns
Stock is dynamic. It's not completely managed by us, as we are involved with multiple parties such as the factory and our storage. The actual stock can be changed at any time. It is possible that inventory could run out once your order has been placed.
The policy is for 30 days. We will not replace or refund your purchase after 30 days from the date of purchase.
In order for your item to be considered eligible for return it must be in its original packaging, unopened and in the same state as you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.
